Peter's industry experience needs no introduction, and he is widely known as the founder and major shareholder in Towergate, GRP and MVP.

His current roles include Visiting Professor at Cass Business School in conjunction with the Peter Cullum School for Entrepreneurship. Since investing in Ataraxia Broking Ltd, Peter has brought the benefit of his wealth of experience in the M&A market, along with wider insurer relationships to further enhance our product offerings.

Dave is the newest member of the Ataraxia team, and many will associate his name with the success of County Group, which he took from a single brokerage, into a large group of 30+ brokerages through acquisition. Luke’s career has always been within the broking sector, having experience from claims through to client facing executive. This industry expertise means that Luke is well placed in the MD role to understand all facets of our business, and the insurance market landscape. Luke’s skillset also includes negotiation and relationship building, which assist in the aspect of his role that involve liaising with broker and insurer partners.

Sandra is a Graduate Chartered Accountant with 20 years experience in insurance broking industry. She has extensive management and finance experience, including the implementation of systems and controls to improve efficiency. Sandra has significant international experience across 15 countries and enjoys extensive acquisition and integration experience.

Simon was previously chief operating officer and executive board member for Open GI, and responsible for software development and delivery, as well as a background in customer services and technical operations at the software house.

Prior to this, Simon worked for 15 years with Gus PLC, delivering IT solutions within the FS sector, and is well placed to help deliver rapid growth plans for our broker members.

Helen’s career in insurance started in the broker sector, with experience of both independents and nationals, followed by 10 years with Close Brothers Premium Finance. Helen is a strong relationship builder, and enjoys meeting new brokers and getting to know their issues. A good listener, Helen thrives on helping find solutions to complex situations. This works well with new investment opportunities, and the continued development of our existing group brokers.

Neil has been in Insurance for over 30 years, starting in the claims sector then moving into the High Net Worth arena. Neil specialised in building relationships with insurance and brokers whilst working within an outsourced claims function. He likes to help brokers with existing business, and to look for new opportunities and revenue streams. Neil has also spent time recently within a commercial brokerage and then working in the Life Insurance and Private Medical markets.
